SlowTalk: resilience
Do you enjoy deep, honest and respectful conversations? Do you like to slow down in a conversation to look deeper into what is being said and do you not shy away from silences so that what has been said can be worked through? If yes, then you will love a SlowTalk.
This month we share about: resilience
We currently talk a lot about resilience in the context of the environment and sustainable development. What we refer to here is the amount of disturbance or damage that an ecosystem can resist without losing its natural equilibrium. These are important considerations, particularly in these times of imminent crises.
But what about our own resilience? What amount of disturbance (such as stress) can a healthy human individual resist without losing their emotional and/or mental equilibrium?
Come join us and bring your own questions and help us understand the phenomenon of community a little better.
